One way to help ensure that you are using a respectable builder is to see if they belong to any associations such as The Guild of Master Craftsmen and The Federation of Master Builders.
In order to obtain membership of the above associations we had to satisfy them that all our work is of a high standard and that they have received good responses to references that had been sent to previous clients. We believe that this process gives the customer the trust and belief in our company.
In order to further our creditability, we are also members of Trust Mark, Fair Trades and Home pro schemes.
Fairtrades Trust Mark
Trust Mark is a quality mark. The nationwide scheme is backed by the Government to assist consumers identify trustworthy and reputable tradespeople in the home improvement, maintenance and repair sector.
Fair Trades Association is one of only 29 scheme operators approved to recruit tradespeople judged to be worthy of carrying the Trust Mark logo.
Trust Mark annually audits scheme operators to ensure standards and processes are being maintained.

Home Pro is one of the UK’s largest directories of vetted, recommended and local home improvement businesses they can provide Insurance Backed Guarantees to protect your financial investment in your project.
Many of their Members are also registered with the FairTrades Trade Association and the Government endorsed TrustMark to give you even greater peace of mind.
